She has successfully energized the business to the path of a Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence to strengthen the data-driven agenda. She has mastered the art and science of customer analytics and geo-marketing for business and service planning. Prior to her ten-year telecom journey, she worked with a Ghanaian-based IT solutions firm where she led the transformation of several private and public-sector organizations throughout West Africa, in the integration and use of geospatial technologies and business intelligence solutions. Her passion for writing and the application of data and technology to solve socio-economic issues has led to the delivery of papers, articles and consulting locally and across the continent.
