Ethics and Gender Issues at AfroLeadership and Research member at Z-Inspection
Sonna Momo Belona is a Cameroonian researcher in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Her work aims to demystify AI in Africa and contribute to the establishment of a platform for the ethical development of Artificial Intelligence by Africans and for Africans. She holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the African Institute for Mathematical Studies. She will start her PhD studies in the field of ethics of artificial intelligence in October 2021.
In addition, Belona is involved in many organizations that advocate for the promotion of ethical artificial intelligence, such as Z-inspection, AfroLeadership, Women in Machine Learning and Data Science Yaounde and others.
